What you're agreeing to
By creating a Quotify account, you accept these terms. They're a binding agreement between you and WeiFang Chou (sole proprietor, Taipei). If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- You sign in via Google or Apple — keep those credentials secure on your end.
- You're responsible for everything that happens on your account, including content sent to clients via share links.
- One human per account is the spirit; team workspaces will arrive as a future feature.
What's free, what's paid
The Free plan is genuinely free forever for personal use — unlimited quote drafts, share links, comments, and signatures. We pay the hosting bill out of pocket; thank you for using it.
Pro (NT$90/month) and Business (NT$2,290 one-time) unlock branding, AI assist, priority support, and future Pro features. Both are billed through the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
To cancel or refund, use your Apple ID settings or contact Apple. We can't process refunds directly because the transaction is between you and Apple.
What you can do
- Draft, share, and accept quotations for your own clients.
- Use Quotify-generated PDFs and share pages in your business communications.
- Export your data anytime; bring it with you if you leave.
- Modify your branding on PDFs to make them yours.
What you can't do
- Use Quotify to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage Quotify as your own product.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our distributed binaries.
- Submit content that's illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates trade sanctions.
- Abuse AI features to generate content that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
- Probe or DOS our infrastructure. Reasonable rate limits apply.
Your content, your ownership
You retain all rights to the quotes, customer info, and any content you put into Quotify. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and render that content purely so the product can function — that license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Share links containing your content are publicly accessible by URL (or password-gated, if you set one). You're responsible for who you send them to.
Service availability
Quotify is provided "as is". We strive for high uptime but don't currently offer an SLA. Planned maintenance is announced in-app when feasible. Unplanned outages happen — we work hard to resolve them quickly.
If a third-party dependency (Google, Apple, Anthropic, Resend, our database host) has an outage, parts of Quotify may degrade. We don't control those providers.
E-signature & legal weight
Quotify captures signer name, signature (drawn or typed), timestamp, IP, and user-agent when a client accepts a quote. This audit trail is comparable to most modern contract-signing services, but whether it constitutes a legally binding signature in your jurisdiction depends on local law. We make no guarantees about legal enforceability — get local advice for high-stakes contracts.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time — email us and the data is purged per our retention schedule.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially §05), with notice where possible. We'll provide a window to export your data before deletion in almost all cases.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotify's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you're on the Free plan, that amount is zero — we're not in a position to take on unbounded risk.
We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C. Disputes go to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
Changes
When we update these terms, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top and announce material changes in-app. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
