Plain language, no surprises.

Quotify is operated by WeiFang Chou (sole proprietor, Taiwan). When this document says "we" or "Quotify", that's who we mean. We're the data controller for the information described below.

You can reach us anytime at hello@quotify.app for any privacy question, deletion request, or correction.

Three buckets, kept deliberately small:

• —Account data — your name, email, and profile photo as provided by Google or Apple Sign-In. We never see your password.
• —Content you create — quotations, line items, customer records, templates, branding settings, notes, share links, comments, and signatures. You own this. We store it to make the product work.
• —Usage events — quote view timestamps, IP address, device, country, and user-agent on the public share pages your clients open. These power the activity timeline and analytics dashboard. We don't sell or rent this data.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. The only cookies are session cookies for authentication.

• —Provide and improve the product (sync your drafts, render PDFs, deliver share links).
• —Show analytics to you — the workspace owner — about your own quotes.
• —Send transactional emails when something on your account changes (a quote was viewed, accepted, etc).
• —Diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

We do not profile you, train ad models on your content, or sell your information. AI quote drafting (when you tap "Draft with AI") sends the text you submit to Anthropic's API — see §05.

Quotify uses a small set of trusted infrastructure providers:

• —PostgreSQL hosting — for your account data and quotations. Database regionally hosted; encrypted at rest.
• —Resend — to send transactional email notifications to you and your clients.
• —Anthropic (Claude) — only when you explicitly use an AI feature in the quote builder. We pass the prompt and receive structured suggestions.
• —Google / Apple — for sign-in only. They tell us your name, email and photo; nothing more passes back to them.
• —App Store (Apple Inc.) — handles subscription billing for Pro and Business. We never see your card details.

We will share data with law enforcement only when legally compelled, and will notify you before doing so unless the order forbids notice.

When you use "Draft with AI" or "Polish description", the text from your prompt or line item is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, this content is not used to train their models. We don't store the raw prompts longer than needed to return your response.

You can avoid AI entirely — every Quotify feature works without it.

You can, at any time:

• —Export every quote as a PDF.
• —Edit or delete any customer, item template, or quote yourself, in-app.
• —Email us to request a full data export (JSON) or full account deletion. We reply within 7 days.
• —Withdraw consent — deleting your workspace removes everything, including share-link history.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you also have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active. After deletion, content is purged within 30 days; server logs in 30 days; backups roll off within 90 days. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself for audit.

Quotify is not directed at users under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we'll remove it.

We update this page when our practices change. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect.
