Do I need the iOS app to use Quotify?
No. The web platform is the heart of it — sign up and start drafting in the browser. The iOS app is great for quick edits, offline drafts, and Apple Pencil signatures on iPad.
How do slash commands work?
Type / inside any line — Quotify opens a small palette with /tax, /discount, /subtotal, /note and /section. Arrow keys to navigate, return to insert. The whole builder is built around keyboard-first flow.
Can clients view a quote without an account?
Yes. Every quote becomes a private share link. You can also gate it behind a password or an email allow-list.
Is the e-signature legally binding?
Quotify captures name, signature, timestamp, IP, and user agent — the same audit trail used by most contract-signing services. Legal weight depends on your jurisdiction.
What currencies are supported?
TWD, USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, CAD, CNY, HKD, SGD — plus more on request. Per-line tax and discount math runs on the server.
How am I billed?
Pro and Business are billed via the App Store. We never see your card details. Cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes. PDFs are always available. A full JSON export is on the near-term roadmap.
